Y Felin, Bala, North Wales

Smallholding on site of mill with enchanting views

An excellent centre for sightseeing as most locations in North Wales can be reached within 1 hour.

The area around Bala is a popular destination for walking, climbing, fishing, riding, cycling, mountain biking or for simply taking in the stunning scenery.

Bala Lake, Llyn Tegid, is a magnet for water sport enthusiasts offering wind surfing, sailing and canoeing. It has its own lakeside narrow gauge railway.

Close by is the nationally recognised White Water Rafting Centre. You can visit the magnificent medieval castles and other famous historic, industrial and religious sites. Also enjoy experiencing welsh culture and discovering its arts and crafts.

There are plenty of places to eat out including our local pub, which is a pleasant ¾ mile walk. We have a good knowledge of the area and tourist attractions and can provide route information for driving on and off road, cycling and walking.

This is a small family run site offering 1 static caravan, 3 pitches for tents and overspill as detailed. The site is situated in beautiful unspoilt countryside on the boundary of the Snowdonia National Park on the B4402, 3 miles from the thriving market town of Bala.
